ALAMBIQUE was founded by Clara Maria Gonzalez-Amezúa in 1978 as a kitchenware and cookware shop, incorporating a space for cooking demonstrations.

Our cooking classes are aimed at anyone with a personal or professional interest in cooking and to everyone wanting to further their culinary skills. Cooking is a form of culture and in our classes the objective is to teach using the five senses: taste, smell, sight, tact and hearing. To achieve this we call on an excellent team of experts from around the world, both prestigious Chefs, cookery teachers and food writers.

We offer single classes and multi-part courses. All classes take place around our fully-equipped cookery island, where a minimum of 10 students and a maximum of 18 have the opportunity to interact with the chefs and watch them working up close.

We can also organise gastronomic visits and tapas tours or host private or corporate events tailored to your requirements.

We are closed for annual holidays from the end of the first to the third week of August.

Alambique S.A. nació en 1978 como una tienda de menaje y utensilios de cocina con un espacio dedicado a clases demostrativas.

Nuestra escuela, está orientada a todas aquellas personas que tienen interés personal o profesional por la cocina y que desean aprender sus técnicas.

Nuestro propósito es enseñar a través de demostraciones culinarias a guisar con las manos, con la vista y con el paladar y abrir un amplio horizonte con nuestras actividades sobre esta forma de cultura, que es, en definitiva, la cocina.

Para esto, contamos con un excelente equipo de profesores nacionales e internacionales. No creemos que una mismo patrón valga para todo, por ello buscamos la colaboración de profesionales y aficionados con un profundo conocimiento de su especialidad.
