LOVED every minute of learning to cook with amazing cordon bleu chef Arantxa Lamas, generous with her knowledge, time and ingredients. Cost of 4.5 hour lessons/day over 4 days were reasonable and the service was 5-STAR! And she even helped me buy ingredients and paella pans, and took me sightseeing!
She taught me favorite Spanish dishes, all restaurant quality. Her paella was 10x better than those at any restaurant.
