The participant will learn about spicing, the Moroccan flavour lexicon, the
basic techniques underpinning any dish (eg. making couscous from scratch
before assembling the final dish) so that they will not only be able to
reproduce what they learned at home, but also be able to innovate on their
own. We offer classes to suit all levels, from the novice to the advanced
